Kid Rock Not Charged for Alleged Battery

Looks like Kid Rock will not be charged for allegedly roughing up a woman at his house earlier this month, The Detroit News reports. In a complaint filed with the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, the woman, who was not named, claimed that Rock pushed her into a snow bank. The prosecuting attorney had this to say, "Due to conflicting witness accounts and the inability to corroborate that the alleged assault occurred through photographs or medical reports, we cannot establish the requisite probable cause to issue a warrant." The moral of the story, 5-O don't try to punk Kid Rock!
