Hilary Duff’s New Album
If you like her or her music, Hilary Duff has set an April 3 release date for her new album, Dignity, featuring her current hit With Love. Hil's sister Haylie, Will.I.Am, Rhett Lawrence, Kara DioGuardi, Richard Vission and Fred Wreck are among the producers, while Hilary co-wrote every song. Duff is celebrating her new LP with her show Hilary Duff: This Is Now, a two-part documentary that captures her day-to-day activities in the weeks leading up to the album release. Parts one and two of the MTV program premiere April 2 and 9 at 9:30 p.m. Also check her out at co-host of TRL with Damien Fahey the week of March 26.

I have played Hilary Duff’s album for 5 of the past 6 days! Very catchy and addictive!!!! She gives Gwen Stefani’s current album a run for its money! And even Kylie Minogue’s last two dance heavy albums! She had to been influenced a lot by Madonna’s ’80s dance hits to make this album. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been dancing to these songs! I’ve played Happy maybe 5 or 10 times. And With Love is no contest to the better songs on this effort. The lyrics she wrote on here are personal, but they balance well to the high energy on here. And…no sappy ballads here–it’s ALL dance numbers! I didn’t follow her Disney era of Lizzie McGuire. I’ve watched only one movie she starred with Steve Martin and loved her second album. I like Tim Kelly and Bob Robinson’s songs with R&B artists like Case and Donnell Jones, but I loved their rock heavy I Wish that they produced for Hilary! And Chico Bennett and Richard Vission as well as Vada Nobles and others provided surprising good songs for Hilary. I love her new look and image with the dark hair and sleek clothes. She’s sounding even better in her singing. This is going to be a big hit this year if it happens!
