You gotta love spring time! Why? Because it’s warming up and people, including celebrities, are flocking to the outdoors and to the pools, lakes, and beaches. Tara Reid is no exception, and she couldn’t keep herself from catching some rays down at the dock — and the photographers snapped some pictures of her!

After Tara received some flack a while back about letting herself go, she has definitely turned things around. She apparently has a strong will. Stronger than her bikini top? That I don’t know.
