Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood are slated to perform live as part of the two-night charity special “Idol Gives Back,” which will air next week (April 24 and 25) during American Idol‘s normal time slots. The program is being held in conjunction with the Charity Projects Entertainment Fund and the goal is to raise awareness and funds for children living in poverty in both the U.S. and Africa.

The cast of guest stars includes Daniel Radcliffe, Gwen Stefani, Pink, Forest Whitaker, Helena Bonham Carter, Hugh Grant, Martina McBride, and Keira Knightley.
