Only three weeks after her nose job and boob job, 20-year old Heidi Montag managed to turn some heads at Malibu beach. “She looked awesome! She seemed really happy,” reported a beach onlooker. In addition, a friend of Heidi’s reported, “Montag always wanted C-cups.”
When asked about her plastic surgery, which she did not confirm, Heidi responded, “Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do.” says Montag.

I think Heidi did a great thing to make her self feel better. But on the other hand she shouldve felt proud being the way she was naturally. Shes a beautiful radiant girl (even though shes not to smart in the boy deparment but what woman is?), and she looked GREAT before. If she felt like she needed it to be happy, then good for her. every woman has thought about fixing something on themselves. (girls its only natural, your lieing to yourself if you havent lol) But would you still do it despite the harsh feelings others would have towards you? probably, because no one else matters but yourself. Theres a rumor she got it to boost her career, but so what so have alot of other women, pam anderson for one. If it works for her then great. bottom line, celebrities arent put on this earth to please us, there here to entertain us.

Oh and i read another place that shes thought about it for several years. well, thats the only thing i would have to disagree with because i find it hard to believe. If shes 20, most likley turning 21 this year, then several years ago wouldve made her like 13 or 14. I wasnt even growing breasts at that age, and for those that were, did you know exactly how big they were going to end up being? I highly doubt that she woke up one morning and said im going to get a breast augmentation no matter what size these turn out to be, even though i probably dont know anything about it. I just doubt it. i would think a few years, 17 sounds reasonable, maybe 16.
