Myleene Klass loves the beach! When the weather is nice, you can find her there on most any day. We see a lot of pictures of Myleene, but how does she keep that beach-ready body in tip-top shape? Her’s what she had to say about staying bikini fit:

“I don’t drink. I’ve never really enjoyed it. I’ve obviously cut out the fast food, despite the curry last night. I still eat what I want aside from that. It’s still ginger snaps at midnight while watching football highlights. It’s just not a case of service stations every two seconds like when I travelled with the band. When we were on the road there was little else to do than play cards and eat burgers. It seemed funny at the time. I don’t know why. I’ve eliminated the negative and accentuated the positive.”
