Jessica Simpson is Bustin’ Out

One thing we all know about Jessica Simpson is that she loves to show off what she has up top. I’m guessing the change in hair colors just isn’t getting her the kind of attention she’s looking for, so she decides to go with plan “Double D” breasts.

It’s a plan I’m very familiar with and it seems to work for most women. She is just dumb enough and just blonde enough that people will really be taking notice of Jessica Simpson.
