Well, it was going to happen sooner or later. Gisele Bundchen and lingerie power-house Victoria’s Secret have decided to part ways. Gisele’s 5-year term recently expired with Victoria’s Secret and then negotiations went south between the model and company on the particulars with the new contract. Gisele wanted an increase in her $5 million dollar a year salary, VS said “no,” and that was that. 

I support Gisele on this one. Who really works at the same place for 5 years and doesn’t get a pay increase? Besides, if Kim Kardashian can get $5 million for a lame-ass sex tape, Gisele should definitely get more considering she works for it and her name is practically synonymous with “Victoria’s Secret.” I can’t feel too bad for Gisele though, she did bank $25 million during the course of her contract, so she’ll be o.k.
