Lindsay Lohan is ready to party like a sober rock star on her non-alcoholic 21st birthday. The actress (and sometimes singer) said Wednesday on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” that she plans to party in Las Vegas and do dinner in Malibu, California, with family and friends for her 21st birthday on July 2. The birthday has “been a long time coming” for friends who own L.A. clubs, said Lindsay.
