Lindsay Lohan Sued After Auto Accident

O.k. starlets, let’s give up the driving! Brandy, then Paris, and now Lindsay’s operation of a motor vehicle has caught up with her. Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina are being sued by a photographer who claims that Lindsay hit him with a car in New York back on March 13.

The suit seeks unspecified damages from the Lohans for “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries.” Dina Lohan is named in the suit; she owns the car Lindsay was driving.
