Simon Says: Melinda Doolittle Should Have Won

Melinda Doolittle should have won "American Idol" Simon Cowell told "Good Morning America" on Thursday. The "Idol" judge summed up Wednesday night's results by stating that "the singer won over the entertainer", and pointed out Jordin Sparks as the season's "most improved" contestant. Simon concluded by saying Melinda "tried the hardest, was consistently the best, and had the best voice." Uh, yeah!

I believe in my heart that the Lord has a different plan for Melinda. She was definitely the best singer but God uses your talents for His glory. She definitely is filled with the Holy Spirit and God definitely has a plan for her. Don’t be sad for Melinda that she didn’t win American Idol. No matter how much she deserved it, she will have her treasures in heaven!!
