Lindsay Lohan Gets DUI and Coke Charge

Newsflash! We never saw this one coming…did we? Lindsay Lohan received both a DUI and coke charge after her early morning car accident on Saturday. Lohan and two others were driving in her Mercedes SL-65 when it crashed on Sunset Boulevard around 5:30 a.m. Sgt. Mike Foxen had this to say:

Lindsay Lohan was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries. No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved.

I’m starting to think that AA rehab she blew off was not such a good decision. My guess is that Miss Lohan is going to find herself in deep shit one of these days when she hurts somebody other than herself. Hey, maybe Paris Hilton will have an empty bunk?
