Katharine McPhee to Debut in The Last Caller

Katharine McPhee is headed to Hollywood once again. The former “American Idol” singer is set to make her feature-film debut in the romantic comedy “The Last Caller”. The coming-of-age story is about a self-involved woman in search of love and it will not require her to sing. Here is what Katharine had to say regarding her upcoming role: 

“This is the first thing that I read that I really wanted to do. I’m up for a couple of big studio projects, but they weren’t starring roles. I wanted to start off doing something a little different. It’s something that a lot of people wouldn’t expect me doing.”
