Believe it or not Liv Tyler is one celebrity that might not be swearing off plastic surgery.
"I'm definitely going to have some, I'm sure. Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby."
Looking good is part of her job — she models for Givenchy and is starring in this summer's thriller "The Strangers".
At least she is upfront about having the surgery and not hiding it like most other celebs have done.
