It's bad enough Britney is having a hard time dressing herself now days, but leave it to Kfed to throw another log on the fire.

Sources are telling TMZ.com that Kevin Federline is refusing to sign the final property settlemt agreemtnt.  He apparently wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody.

What do you think?  I'm thinking K-Fed is spending all his money and is probably wanting to squeeze some out of Brit before it's too late.
