This isn’t one of those trick picture tests where I ask you to see if you can notice a difference between the first and second pictures. I think it is pretty obvious to even a blind guy like me the bountiful difference Gemma Atkinson is sporting. I’d say she had one hell of a boob job … and that might even be a bit of an under statement!
