Lindsay Lohan Gets Sued… Again

Lindsay Lohan is getting sued once again. This time it’s for assault and negligence by one of the passengers (Tracie Rice) who was in the car Lindsay allegedly chased last month while driving under the influence. The woman claims that Lohan:

“… put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life. What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”
