Well, looky what we have here. It’s Mandy Mooreshowing us a new look in her black dress and red heels! I doubt this is the start of a Christina Aguilera-like “dirty” phase for Mandy, but more of a “let’s mix it up” opportunity.
It’s definitely different… and I don’t think I like it!

I agree NT……less is better, where Mandy Moore is concerned….She’s a “natural beauty”….and needs nothing to “shine”…..Leave the warpaint and garb to the “fakes” out there!
