Heather Mills Gets Some Vindication

The photographer that assaulted Heather Mills back in July of 2006, by grabbing her shoulder to swing her around and take her picture, was sentenced yesterday to 140 hours of community service. Jay Kaycappa was just one of a group of photographers who pursued Mills as she cycled through southern England, but went too far when she tried to duck into an underground passage to avoid the paparazzi.
