Uncle Kracker was arrested today after a 26-year-old woman alleged that Kracker committed a sexual act against her at the Ess Lounge, a downtown nightclub in Raleigh, North Carolina. Police arrived at his hotel and whisked him away under a warrant charging Kracker with a second-degree forcible sex offense. Kracker, whose real name is Matthew Shafer, was released early this afternoon after his bond was reduced from $5 million to $75,000. I believe the accusations are bogus!
