Bill Murray Drunk in a Golf Cart

Bill Murray may face a drunken driving charge after rolling through downtown Stockholm, Sweden, in a golf cart (a “Caddyshack” flashback?) and refusing to take a breath test. Police noticed the slow-moving cart and picked up the sweet smell of alcohol on his person. I put forth this question: Since a golf cart is not really a car, can he get a DUI? I don’t think so, a PI maybe?

The detective had this to say regarding Bill:

“He refused to blow in the (breath test) instrument, citing American legislation. So we applied the old method… a blood test. It will take 14 days before the results are in.”
