Britney Spears Goes for Stripper at MTV Performance

Britney Spears must have so little confidence in her ability to sing that she decided to take all attention away from any bit of talent she could have brought to the stage and decided to perform in an outfit that can only be described as “fancy underwear.” Of course, you could interpret her lack of clothing as that of confidence, but that would be a bad idea after watching her performance.  Either way, if you missed the MTV Video Music Awards last night, you missed Britney’s revealing bra-studded “exhibition,” but you can still check out the pics below.. and the video here. 

Maybe she was a bit unconfident in her performance, maybe she was trying to distract from the fact that it toally sucked, maybe she’s just a bit tacky, or maybe she was trying to upstage ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, who ended up closing the show with a sweet dance number. In your face Britney!
