Reese Witherspoon’s Divorce is Final

She’s single! Yep, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are both officially single. The couple’s divorce was finalized on October 5, according to court documents. Reese cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce back on November 8, 2006. The couple were married for seven years and have two children, 8-year-old daughter Ava and 3-year-old son Deacon. Divorce sucks, but at least the kids don’t have Britney Spears for a mother.

Reese Witherspoon, 31, and Ryan Phillippe, 33, co-starred in “Cruel Intentions” (1999) and were married the same year. Their separation was announced last October, 2006.
