Britney Spears is suggesting that “they” change the court order requiring her to undergo random drug testing in her custody battle with Kevin Federline.

Spears filed a legal request late last week  to “terminate or modify” the order, according to court records released just minutes ago today.

Additional details weren’t disclosed, but the request came the same day as Britney Spears and K-Fed appeared in court for a closed-door hearing in the custody case.

In my humble opinion, I don’t really think Britney is in a situation to make this type of request – wait, I’m sorry – she’s not in a position to have such a request upheld. Dream on Britney!
