Karina Smirnoff Gets a Nose Job

Karina Smirnoff of Dancing with the Starshad plastic surgery on her twice-broken nose, according to a personal rep. The 29-year-old dancing babe, who partnered with boxer Floyd Mayweather this season, had the procedure done November 2 for medical (yeah, right) as well as aesthetic reasons. Karina is still with Mario Lopez, too, as far as I know.
A doctor (not Dr. Jan Adams hopefully) performed the routine procedure to repair the nasal passageway and reshape Karina’s nose, which she’s broken twice in accidents in the past six years. 

The dancer is expected to make a quick and speedy recovery in time to appear on the November 27 finale - when all of the season five couples will reunite on the ballroom floor.
