Winona Ryder – Sixth Anniversary of Shoplifting

Yes, it’s been six years since Winona Ryder snatched some Saks and hopefully this won’t haunt her forever… although it has (and will, because I will never let anyone forget – muhahaha).  Recall that on this very day six years ago former Hollywood startlet Winona Ryder was caught shoplifting at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills.

Detained by security guards, she was purportedly found to have several articles of clothing and hair accessories totaling more than $5,000 of unpaid merchandise including a Marc Jacobs-designed floral print thermal top and a Gucci dress.

Winona was booked on charges of felony grand theft and possession of pharmaceutical drugs without a prescription and was later sentenced to three years probation and 480 hours of community service.
