Rihanna was seen out and about in this cool-blue dress and, after a few minor adjustments, she headed off to attend some sort of personal engagement. Rihanna, if it’s cold enough to wear a scarf then it’s probably too cold to show that much leg! Oh wait, that’s probably just an accessory, just like the coat your carrying. My bad.
