Vivica Fox Denies Sex Tape

A boyfriend allegedly filmed the unsuspecting Vivica Fox as she performed oral sex on him, according to many uncomfirmed reports. As the story goes, a man captured the act with his cell phone and that he later e-mailed friends the footage of Fox “on her knees.” This is getting juicy!

One of those friends forwarded the e-mail to Fox, who has sought advice from “a friend at the Atlanta Police Department,” according to Rose. But Fox’s manager, Lita Richardson, told the Daily News, “It’s not true,” without saying what part of the report she was disputing.

However, an Atlanta radio personality, Porsche Foxx, “confirmed that her close friend Vivica Fox appears in a controversial sex tape,” according to Rose.

Atlanta police spokesman James Polite told the News, “At this time, we have no formal complaint from Miss Fox.”

“If it was something that was consensual, we’re not looking at a crime, per se,” Polite added. “If the [boyfriend] is trying to extort Miss Fox, that’s when we begin to look at a criminal element.”

Last month, Fox was booked on a drunken driving charge that could subject her to a $1,000 fine and a jail term as long as six months.

Fox was stopped in the San Fernando Valley on March 20 by California Highway Patrol officers who said her 2007 Cadillac Escalade was doing 80 mph and weaving on the Ventura Freeway.

During her arrest, the black actress accused one officer of being a “racist white cop,” according to a CHP report. There she goes playing the race card! Damn people!

Recall that in September, Vivica Fox pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit of .08.
