Lindsay Lohan Caught Drinking Again

I think we all saw this one coming: Lindsay Lohan relapsed in her struggle to stay sober according to confirmation from a lawyer for the starlet. While in Italy to receive an honor for her film work (hehe), Lindsay was videotaped taking a drink from a champagne bottle on the dance floor at a New Year’s Eve Party.

“After being handed a champagne bottle on New Years Eve and drinking from it, fortunately Lindsay immediately stopped herself, called her sponsor and got back on track,” Lindsay’s lawyer Blair Berk told Access Hollywood. “There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her ‘one day at a time’ with the entire world.”

Drinking was not the only thing she did while in Italy. Chalk up Lindsay sleeping with at least one Italian guy and kissing at least two others! Jeepers, what wasn’t in her mouth?
