Alannah Myles to Release New Album Black Velvet

Alannah Myles is best know for her 1989 hit “Black Velvet”, but the singer is releasing a brand spanking new album with the same name. The Canadian-born singer topped the charts in four countries back in the late 80s with the hit, her second single of her debut and self-titled album “Alannah Myles”. The new album is set to be released in March 2008.
