Spencer Pratt is so bragging about his girlfriend’s new album. Recall that Spencer is Heidi Montag’s manager and even shot her very first music video, “Higher.” That video was rightfully slammed, but Spence is confident that Heidi’s next video will be at a higher level:

“When people hear what we have in the bank, this video is gonna blow their minds. Madonna, eat your heart out. Britney Spears, eat your heart out. I would say we have diamond records coming – they’re gonna sell 10-milllion plus.”
