Jessica Simpson Sued Over Fitness Video

Jessica Simpson and her father/manage are being sued! Yeah, the plantiff’s are asking for $10 million after Jessica prevented the release of a fitness video she filmed in 2005. The singer/”actress” shot the video for a production outfit called Speedfit  — and it allegedly shows how Jess got into shape for her critically acclaimed role in “The Dukes of Hazzard.”

Jessica prevented the release of the tape by refusing to give her final approval, according to sources.  A smart-ass Speedfit representative said of Jess and daddy Joe:

“They are hurting millions of fat people in America.”

Wait a minute cotton-pickin minute here, sir! The Simpsons don’t hurt fat people, food hurts fat people!
