Lindsay Lohan flahes the camera a big grin while stopped for a few pics on her way to the Los Angeles Italia Film Fashion and Art Fest earlier in the week. Lindsay may of had her problems over recent months, but that’s not going to stop her from soaking up some culture. Who knew?
