Ashlee Simpson is making the rounds once again and this time it’s to promote her new album, “Outta My Head.” It sounds so glamorous, but she’s just down at the Wal Mart for this promotional. 

I mean Jessica Simpson is headed to Kuwait and Ashlee is at the Wal Mart. Same difference.
