Star Jones Divorce Details

All reports indicate that Star Jones has filed for divorce from her husband (Al Reynolds) of three years! Star, whose very elaborate and corporate-sponsored wedding won her the nickname “Bridezilla” has apparently had enough, although terms of the divorce have yet to be disclosed. 

TV show “Entertainment Tonight” indicated that Star issued a statement saying she had filed the papers a month ago. It is unknown if the divorce is related to her recent, and drastic, weight loss.

“The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone’s life that requires privacy with one’s thoughts,” Jones said in the statement. “I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman.”

Forty-six year old Star and AL, 39, were wed back in 2004 in a lavish wedding in which supplies and services were donated by corporate sponsors. Star Jones was a co-host the popular daytime talk show “The View.”
