Hilary Duff and a friend were spotted walking the streets of Los Angeles. I’m not sure what the singer and actress was up to, but I am going to have to comment on the boots… with shorts! OK, so what is up with this?

I’m not always up to date on the latest fashions — I do have about 20 pairs of jeans and 50 t-shirts, so that gives you a sneak peek onto the floor of my bedroom — but I have seen more and more shorts paired with boots. I think I like it!

    She looks amazing! She has an occasional part-time boyfriend now who doesnt seem her type. Im wondering if I can fill in any vacant positions. haha ha haha ha
