If you keep up with the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” television show, then you have probably seen video of Kim Kardashian getting a little work done prior to her special for-his-eyes-only calendar shoot for her boyfriend, Reggie Bush. If you are mostly normal like me, you probably don’t DVR the “model” and “actress” Kim K acting overboard on her “reality” show, so you missed this scene.
