Take a look at Kim Kardashian in West Hollywood looking nice. Kim turned a few heads in this turquoise dress that she paired with some high heel shoes. The dress is actually quite conservative for this girl, but I like it even though she didn’t bring it all to the table. In fact, I’m not sure Kim Kardashian was all there. She looks a bit off. In the photos it appears that she’s lost, or possibly looking for a tighter, shorter, and more eye-popping outfit.
