Actress Rachel Bilson was another one of the celebrity babes in New York for fashion week. She was seen recently looking stylish is this multi-colored dress, which almost looks like it’s out of a 1980’s playbook. Not that I have anything against the 80’s, because I totally love that time. It’s just too bad that Rachel Bilson did not put together some big hair. But for real, this dress looks very cute on Rachel.
