Celebrity Katy Perry turned 25 over the weekend and the singer did so with flare! The birthday bash party took place at The Sunset Beach nightspot in Los Angeles and boyfriend Russell Brand and other celebs were on hand, including Taylor Swift. Katy had a big time planned and had instructed all attendees to wear white—because everyone was going to get painted!
