Actress Blake Lively ooked serious chatting on her cell phone outside Barneys in NYC earlier this week, but she also looked good. It was said that Blake lightened up a little once she hit the shoe floor with a friend, though they avoided the Givenchy event designer Riccardo Tisci hosted elsewhere in the store. Yeah, I think he’s so over rated myself. Blake Lively and the other “Gossip Girl” stars enjoyed a saucy Halloween on the Upper East Side on Monday’s episode, and Penn Badgley promises that he and Blake will have an equally fun holiday off-screen.

IDLYITW: Since I’m now apparently a really big fan of hot 22-year old chicks, it just makes sense that I would post pictures of Gossip Girl star Blake Lively’s 22nd birthday at the Tiffany and Co. and Instyle celebration last night. Man, this looks like a pretty awesome party. Maria Sharapova, a piece of cake, and a some random dudes. It’s okay, every birthday can’t be like mine.
