Kim Kardashian Hits the GQ Party

Kim Kardashian looked conservative but nice at the 2009 GQ Men of the Year awards recently. And I for one am surprised. I really can’t believe she showed up for a GQ event looking like this, especially since she is such a party girl! Once again, this look is not bad, but GQ is known for some of the hottest celebrity photoshoots going, so I expected Kim to show a bit more or at least go with something way more sexy. I don’t know what Kim’s deal was, but I do know that she was well of her “A” game. I guess you just never know what to expect., so what did Kim say was the biggest misconception about her and her party crew?

“That we’re all trust-fund kids and we have it so easy. If anything, I find it the complete opposite. I know people think we drive around in these nice cars and we do whatever we want and our parents will pay our credit cards, but that’s not the case. Sure, my parents were generous; I got a nice car at 16, but at 18 I was cut off. I’ve worked really hard. I opened the store myself. Even Paris and Nicole—they’re completely independent, too.”
