Miley Cyrus has a Party in the USA

Miley Cyrus celebrated her 17th birthday on November 23. The teen was shocked a few days earlier with a surprise party after concert in Nassau, but the official day was this week.  Most of these photos are from her concert, where apparently she was involved in ump-teen wardrobe changes!

Wearing denim hotpants, knee-high boots and a skimpy black top, Miley looked a world away from her clean-cut, wholesome Hannah Montana image. In fact she looked as it she were heading straight down the Britney Spears route on the fast-track to shedding her squeaky clean image. After a huge bash at Disneyland for her sweet 16th last year, the ‘tween’ queen marked her 17th birthday with a more intimate party.”
