The “Grey’s Anatomy”  actress was accepting an award for Female Star of the Year last night at ShoWest in Las Vegas when a strap broke and her dress started falling off. She had to make a fast grab before the bodice cleared her breasts. Host Billy Bush played gallant gentleman and helped Katherine hold the dress in place while she finished her speech.
