Anyone who’s seen the film “Boogie Nights” knows Julianne Moore isn’t shy about showing her body. Julianne told Manhattan magazine, “There’s nothing frightening to me about investigating feelings, even if I might not be fully clothed at the time. Being undressed in a movie isn’t scary to me. Skiing is scary to me. All I can think the whole time is, Whoa! I don’t like diving, hate the feeling of my head hitting the water. There are a million things that I’m really terrified of.” Works for us—we’ll look at her every chance we get!

Rock Out With “The Runaways” Today

“The Runaways,” the film chronicling a group of pioneering rocker chicks, opens in theaters today. Stars Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart joined original Runaways Cherie Currie and Joan Jett at the NYC premiere of the film earlier this week. The indie flick tells how punk rock guitar slinger Jett convinced Hollywood Svengali Kim Fowley to help her put together a band, and the pair discovered blonde Valley Girl Currie. Early reviews have complained that the film focuses too much on Currie, who pretty much sank from sight after the band broke up, rather than the more talented Jett, who would go on to solo stardom. But, hey—fans of rock movies will love it anyway!

Gabrielle “Kicks Butt” On “Flash Forward”

The ABC series “Flash Forward” returns tonight for a two-hour season opener, and gorgeous guest star Gabrielle Union promises some action for her character Zoey. She says, “My character is basically kicking butt and is bringing the rumble to the jungle to ABC when we come back. She’s incredibly proactive, she’s trying to save her man’s life and she’s not letting anything stand in the way.” Gabrielle added, “Zoey kind of becomes unhinged. Zoey goes off on everyone — Courtney’s [B. Vance] character, Joe’s [Fiennes] character. She tries to save her man by any means necessary. She’s convinced it’s not looking good for him and she’s gonna do whatever she can to save him. I always joke if I had this kind of passion and conviction when I was married, maybe I wouldn’t be divorced! The way Zoey is with this man, and they’re not even married yet, the level of dedication is insane.” Sounds like tonight’s ep will keep us on the edge of our seats!

It was just last week that reality star Heidi Montag hired Malibu psychic Aiden Chase to be her manager, replacing husband Spencer Pratt. Things were looking up for Heidi, as she landed a cameo in the comedy “Just Go With It,” starring Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman. But a source reports the actress was “horrified” when Chase showed up on set, “demanding a significant portion of her ‘Hills’ money.” Obviously, Heidi was signed to do the MTV series long before she met Chase. Now Heidi has fired Chase, and a source dished to US magazine: “The guy thinks he’s famous now — it’s ridiculous. He’s referring to himself as the most famous psychic in the world.” At least Heidi still has Spencer!

Katherine Checks Out Of “Grey’s Anatomy”

Izzie Stevens has been AWOL for most of the current season of “Grey’s Anatomy” while Katherine Heigl took yet another hiatus from the series to shoot a film and take care of her newly-adopted baby. The actress was expected to return to the set this month, but so far, has not reported for work. It’s no secret that Heigl has been trying to get out of her contract ever since her film career took off a couple of years ago. Sources report that she has finally gotten her wish and will not return to “Grey’s.” So how will the show’s producers explain her absence? Since Izzie has cancer already, it shouldn’t be that hard.
