Time magazine has revealed its annual list of their 100 Most Influential People, and alongside obvious choices President Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey are pop culture faves like Lady Gaga, Robert Pattinson, Conan O’Brien, Taylor Swift, Sandra Bullock and Ashton Kutcher.

More amusing was Time’s Least Influential List, which included plastic surgery victim Heidi Montag, with this blurb: “You used to be famous for being famous. Then you were famous for getting lots of plastic surgery and selling only 658 copies of your album in its first week. Now you’re not famous. That was fast.” Also declared officially over by the mag are Heidi’s hubby Spencer Pratt, Paula Abdul, Joaquin Phoenix, Carrie Prejean, Octomom, Tila Tequila, Lindsay Lohan and her dad.
