There are only four more episodes of “Lost” left in the can, as the show ends its five-year run on May 23. Over the last few weeks, rumors, spoilers and leaks have been flying all over the place, but only time will tell which ones are valid.
A couple of weeks ago, Gawker posted a “Lost” call sheet, which seemed to promise that viewers will finally learn the ID of the two skeletons from season one and the guys on the island go on some kind of rope-climbing adventure that results in Jack winding up in Hell. Mentally, emotionally or figuratively, we don’t know.
A sneaky fan shot some photos on the show’s set in Hawaii that indicated Jorge Garcia, Michael Emerson, Matthew Fox and Henry Ian Cusick were all on hand for the last episode.
Late last night, executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof Tweeted that they had completed post-production on the two-hour series finale, so what’s done is done, and we’ll just have to stay tuned for what really unfolds.
After a week’s hiatus, “Lost” returns tonight, and E! promises major drama in “The Candidate: “This week’s episode is most definitely a game changer, and there will be at least one major death.” Wonder who?
