Hasselbeck Hassles Erin Over Skimpy Gowns
Elizabeth Hasselbeck of “The View” has put her foot in her mouth again—and had to apologize for it. On Tuesday’s show, the hyper-critical so-host made a nasty crack about ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews, who was recently the victim of a stalker who took sneaky nude vids of her and posted them online. Apparently, Hasselbeck thinks the “Dancing with the Stars” contestant is not dressing as demurely as a good little stalking victim should. Her comments were: “In light of what happened and as a legal [matter] — and as inexcusable as it was for that horrific guy to go in and try to peep on her in her hotel room. I mean, in some way if I’m him, I’m like, ‘Man! I just could’ve waited 12 weeks and seen this — a little bit less — without the prison time!’” Not surprisingly, Hasselbeck offered an awkward apology the next day. Yeah, Erin’s costumes have been pretty revealing, but she looks great in them! Shouldn’t she be allowed to wear whatever she likes, despite what’s happened to her in the past?

Kendra Fights Sex Tape
When will aspiring starlets learn not to let their partners make sex tapes? The latest celeb to get an unwelcome blast from her past is former Playboy pinup Kendra Wilkinson, now a happily married mom and star of her own reality show on E! Porn giant Vivid Entertainment has obtained a steamy tape of Kendra with a former boyfriend, and plans to distribute it within the next several weeks. Kendra’s high-powered lawyer Yael E. Holtkamp has sent a “cease and desist” order to Vivid, adding: “The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure. Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson’s constitutional and common law rights of privacy.” Sources claim Kendra made the video prior to her relationship with husband Hank Baskett with someone whom she trusted. Obviously, that trust was misplaced since the video wound up in the hands of Vivid.

Miley’s Sexy New Video
Miley Cyrus turns 18 in a few months, and she’s ready to leave “Hannah Montana” behind and move on to an adult career. The tween queen looks ready to give Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga some competition with her wild new video, “Can’t Be Tamed,” which shows her wearing a skimpy feathered costume as she escapes from a bird cage. “The video isn’t about being sexy or about who can wear less clothes,” Miley explained. “It’s about explaining the song and living the lyrics… I don’t want to be in a cage. I want to be free and do what I love.” Sounds like this little girl is growing up!

“DWTS” Boots Pam
“Dancing with the Stars” just got a lot less sexy as Pamela Anderson was eliminated this week. I’m totally Team Pam and think this is wretchedly unfair. The former “Baywatch” babe has worked her booty off , and her dancing has been graceful and energetic. Plus, she always brought a hit of Hollywood glamour and drama to her performances. So why did she get kicked to curb? I can only surmise that female “DWTS” viewers were put off by her sexy image. Good luck, Pam—we’ll miss you!

Do the Spoilers Reveal the “Lost” Finale?
There are only four more episodes of “Lost” left in the can, as the show ends its five-year run on May 23. Over the last few weeks, rumors, spoilers and leaks have been flying all over the place, but only time will tell which ones are valid. A couple of weeks ago, Gawker posted a “Lost” call sheet, which seemed to promise that viewers will finally learn the ID of the two skeletons from season one and the guys on the island go on some kind of rope-climbing adventure that results in Jack winding up in Hell. Mentally, emotionally or figuratively, we don’t know. A sneaky fan shot some photos on the show’s set in Hawaii that indicated Jorge Garcia, Michael Emerson, Matthew Fox and Henry Ian Cusick were all on hand for the last episode. Late last night, executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof Tweeted that they had completed post-production on the two-hour series finale, so what’s done is done, and we’ll just have to stay tuned for what really unfolds. After a week’s hiatus, “Lost” returns tonight, and E! promises major drama in “The Candidate: “This week’s episode is most definitely a game changer, and there will be at least one major death.” Wonder who?

J.Lo Wraps Up for Marie Claire
Jennifer Lopez kept most of her curves under cover for these overly demure shots in the new Marie Claire UK. The actress revealed her diet secrets, but not much else. “Just like anybody, I try to watch what I eat. There’s no big science to it, which is what sucks. One good trick is to have a goal – for me it may be getting in shape for a video shoot. Another is portion control. I love to eat everything and you pretty much can – a little piece of something fattening is not going to kill you. It’s when you eat the whole box that it’s going to kill you.” Maybe if she’d done a bikini shoot, more of us would have paid to see “The Back-Up Plan.”

Jen Envies Brooklyn’s Bod
Jennifer Aniston has a shape most women would die for, but even she feels insecure when compared to a swimsuit model! The 41-year-old actress is currently shooting “Just Go with It” in Hawaii, and one of her co-stars is 2010 SI Swimsuit Issue cover girl Brooklyn Decker. Now sources report that Jen is stepping up her own fitness routine to compete with the much-younger hottie. “Jen has been getting really wound up with the wardrobe department because her costumes are so skimpy and she’s worried about working with a younger model with a hot body. She has upped her fitness regime and has had her gym equipment sent to her villa.” A movie with two bikini-ready babes in revealing outfits sounds like a must-see for us!

Conan Slams Jay on “60 Minutes”
Conan O’Brien is finally breaking his silence about being fired from “The Tonight Show” by NBC—and he’s doing it on a rival network. The scorned late-night host gave an in-depth interview to the CBS show “60 Minutes,” and it airs tonight. Conan revealed that he had not yet heard from arch-rival Jay Leno, and didn’t expect to. He hedged a bit when asked whether he though Leno handled the situation “admirably.” “I don’t think I can answer that. I don’t think—I can just tell you maybe how I would have handled it. And I would do it differently. What I know is what happened, which is that he went and took that show back…Here’s what I can say. I’m happy with my decision. I sleep well at night. And I, you know, hope he’s happy with his decision.” Conan seemed optimistic about his new gig with TBS and his future in television. “I do not look down my nose at cable. And I think anyone who does isn’t paying attention to television these days. ‘Cause it is—this world is changing very quickly. “It’s crucial to me that anyone seeing this, they take anything away from this, it’s I’m fine. I’m doing great. I hope people still find me comedically absurd and ridiculous. And I don’t regret anything. I do believe, and this might be my Catholic upbringing or Irish magical thinking, but I think things happen for a reason. I really do.” It sounds like this funnyman has kept his sense of humor through difficult times. Good luck, Coco!

Chely Comes Out
Rumors have been flying that a closeted celeb is about to come out publicly on the cover of People magazine. Now several sources including TMZ are reporting that the mystery gay/lesbian is country singer Chely Wright. This will undoubtedly be the most publicity Chely’s gotten in years, since her career’s going nowhere. Not surprisingly, Chely has a book entitled “Like Me: Confessions of a Heartland Country Singer,” and an album, “Lifted Off the Ground,” due out next week. Since Chely has been shamelessly pandering to the conservative crowd for the last decade, this announcement will probably kill what’s left of her country music career.

Dream Weekend for “Nightmare”
Freddy Krueger, the man who scared the living daylights out of a generation of teens is back—and as profitable as ever. The remake of horror classic “A Nightmare on Elm Street” had a killer opening weekend, bringing in $32.2 million. Can we expect a sequel? Of course! How many did the first one have—a half dozen? “How to Train Your Dragon” and “Date Night” held their own while “The Back-Up Plan” dropped 41% from last week. The weekend’s biggest bomb was “Furry Vengeance,” which debuted to a dismal $6.5 million.

Archie and Friends Go to the “Shore”
The “Archie and Friends” comics have been around for 70 years, but the kids are always up on the latest in pop culture. The next issue is titled “Riverdale Shore,” and will feature a parody of the MTV hit “Jersey Shore.” If that’s not trendy enough for you, the two issues following will skewer the “Twilight” phenomenon. Good job, guys!

Christina Goes Wild in New Video
Pop diva Christina Aguilera is back with her first studio album since 2006, and judging from this video, she’s wilder than since her “Dirrty” days! The vid of “Not Myself Tonight,” the first single from “Bionic,” shows the singer in one skimpy outfit after another, and she’s never been in better form.

It’s been quite a year for country’s golden girl Taylor Swift, and it just keeps getting better! The singer has joined Drew Barrymore and Rihanna as the latest face of Cover Girl cosmetics. The brand’s general manager Vince Hudson told WWD: “Taylor is beautiful and inspirational with an effortless-chic style, making her the perfect person to represent a new, luxurious collection of products debuting on Cover Girl next year.” Wonder what’s next for Taylor—her own perfume?

Mindy’s Sex Tape Coming Next Week
Troubled country singer Mindy McCready has been trying to stop the release of a video showing her having sex and discussing past lovers, but it’s coming out anyway. Vivid Entertainment is releasing “Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress” on Tuesday, despite claims by the singer’s lawyer that his client was not in any condition to sign the release which gave Vivid rights to a sex tape made with her ex-boyfriend. Attorney Adam Dread says, “She was in no mental capacity to enter into a legal contract” due to her problems with alcohol. Mindy’s famous former lovers—a list that includes Roger Clemens and Dean Cain—can’t be too happy about this!
