Eddie Cibrian turned 37 on Wednesday, and received an unwelcome gift. The hunky actor got the bad news that he won’t be returning for the next season of “CSI: Miami.” The show’s producers decided to bring back original castmember Adam Rodriguez (recently seen in the now-cancelled “Ugly Betty”), which leaves no room for Cibrian’s character.

Since Eddie has some time on his hands, maybe he can do another sappy Lifetime movie with current girlfriend LeAnn Rimes. The two hooked up while making “Northern Lights” last year. Unfortunately, both were married to other people at the time.
