Fans of the HBO drama “True Blood” will be happy to hear that the cable network has renewed the show for a fourth season, even though season three has just begun. This year’s premiere episode of “True Blood” drew 5.1 million viewers, a whopping 38% increase over the previous season. “True Blood” centers on the romance of Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a waitress who can hear people’s thoughts, and her boyfriend Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer), who happens to be a 173-year-old vampire. In 2009, Paquin won a Golden Globe for her role.
